Create 6 black and white designs for brand new (completely original) graphics for a helmet for any football team. Use Adobe Illustrator and the template linked below; or work on a printout in pencil.
Once all 6 designs have been drawn and refined, choose three to develop in full color, using either Adobe Illustrator, color markers, or color pencils. High quality drawing and good craftsmanship with the color material (refined technique; smooth, vibrant color) are essential.
Before beginning, do a competitive analysis by looking at the helmets of other professional teams. Notice the quality of their design, and how the designs are influenced by the shape of the helmet.
